February is National Pet Dental Health Month

While we think of February as the month of love, did you know it's also National Pet Dental Health Month! We encourage our pet parents to brush their pets teeth, if possible, and what better month to start loving your fur baby in this way!?! Dental health is an important aspect of the overall health of our dogs and cats. For instance, did you know that the bacteria which makes up the calculus in your pets mouth can spread to other organs in their bodies and over time start to cause problems in areas like the heart, liver, and kidneys? With annual health checks our veterinarians can assist you in creating a plan to keep your pets teeth in tip top shape and shining bright!
