Cancellation and Late Policy
Crosswinds Animal Hospital has a client policy that after three canceled/no show appointments with less than 24 hours notice, we require a deposit for all future appointments in the amount of $75.00 per pet. The deposit will be applied to the balance after your pet is seen by a doctor, or used towards a cancellation fee if 24 hrs notice is not provided.
Our doctors and staff work very hard to provide prompt service to all of our patients, but unfortunately if our schedule is fully booked, we have to turn clients away or see animals on an emergency basis. Last minute cancellations are therefore unfair to our clientele with sick pets and our staff members who sacrifice lunch hours or work after hours to see patients.
In order to provide the best care to our patients, effective July 1st 2018, we will be implementing our Late Policy. This policy ensures that we can quickly see our patients and have your pet feeling great! Any appointments that arrive later than 10 minutes after their scheduled time will unfortunately be asked to reschedule at a time that is convenient for them. Thank you for understanding this policy.
